ProTenn International High Performance
ProTenn High Performance is geared towards players who are committed to an intensive training schedule in an effort to maximize their potential both on and off the court. Through a daily regimen of technical, tactical, mental, and physical training, ProTenn systematically addresses every aspect of a player’s game.
A periodization approach to the technical, tactical, physical and mental elements of training enables us to produce skilled, motivated, athletes who rise to the challenge of competition. Periodization works in cycles and provides the ability to plan technical, pre-competition and competition training phases around each student's short and long-term tournament schedules. The ProTenn Training Programs efficiently deliver results, while still promoting the student-athlete as a whole.

The ProTenn Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on individualized goal and results oriented methodology. We don’t hit balls just to hit balls and we only work with players that have specific goals. We train each player as an individual making sure they receive all of the necessary elements… Physical, Footwork, Mental, Technical, Strategic, Tactical, and Competition. The balance of the parts is key in developing a complete player so that they are prepared to perform at a high level in competition and reach their goals.
Player Development
Individualized - Each and every player comes to us with many different strengths and weaknesses, with special qualities and unique characteristics. Every player learns differently; this is not a one size fits all system.
Work Ethic - Players believe in working harder, we believe in working smarter. Taking into consideration each player’s current state of development, we design a plan that gradually increases the the volume, intensity as well as how much information each player receives.
Focused Practice - Each practice session has an objective and a goal designed to achieve pre-determined results. We want our students to know what they are learning, why they are learning it, and how to apply what they’ve learned.
Repetition - It is important for players to understand why we work on repetition… by repeating a particular skill, movement or shot the students will increase their ability to concentrate and execute. Since the old school theories of muscle memory fade into the past, we train players to focus at a higher level than they are used to. The goal is not effortless effort, the goal is effortless concentration. This is what achieves results under competitive pressure.
